Great communication from Paul, he came the next day after contacting him for a quote. I was impressed with the price he gave me. The work was done in one day, paul and his team never stopped. Impressed with his craftmanship and would use him again!

This is the second time we’ve used Paul and his team for a job and again they’ve been outstanding. Great hard working guys, job done to a fab standard with them going the extra mile as usual and fitting in my porch roof which we hadn’t originally stated on the flat roof job but it had become a safety issue. Paul came out at short notice to replace our gutters that had been damaged beyond repair in recent stormy weather along with repairs to roof that had leaked in. Paul explained every stage of work and took pictures of work before and as it progressed giving me a much needed picture of the state of my roof as I haven’t been up a ladder for years. He used upon checking high quality products and I feel they were installed to an even higher standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending Falcon to any of my friends or family – in fact actually I already have – thank you Paul .

Clean, tidy men and work. The roofer quickly located and solved the problem, with extra measures to prevent re-occurrence. Paul came out yesterday to quote, within an hour of our call, and the work was done this morning. We’re very pleased and will use them again.
